Upon confirmation, Full payment OR a cash deposit equivalent to Fifty percent (50%) would be required based on the total number of person to hold Tour reservation and balance of the amount shall be paid on the 1st day of tour. Our Booking Policy NO Payments NO Tour… Please ensure that NO deductions on the payment made through our bank.
Once the deposit has been made, please send the soft copy of the receipt through email attachment so I can acknowledge your deposit/payment and I will revert to you the confirmation slip of your reservation.
Below 2 yrs old – Free Of Charge,
3 to 5 yrs. Old – charge 50% of adult rate ,
6 to 11 yrs old – charge 20% of adult rate &
12 yrs old & above – will be considered as an adult for the purpose of booking.
Revisions should be calls using the same booking order or emailed with reference of details of previous confirmation. A revised confirmation will be sent back by email. Guaranteed bookings during peak periods (Nov. 01-May 31) are non re-bookable and subject to our cancellation policy. Guaranteed bookings outside peak periods (June 01-Oct. 31) may be re-booked without penalty up to thirty one (31) days prior to arrival/tour date. Guaranteed bookings outside peak periods (June 01-Oct. 31) may be re-booked with 50% rebooking fee based on the total availed tour or package per person if made 15-30 days prior to arrival/tour date. Guaranteed bookings outside peak periods (June 01-Oct. 31) are non re-bookable and subject to our cancellation policy if made 14 days or less prior to arrival/tour date. Allowed rebooking is within one (1) year from arrival or tour date & is subject to availability. No refund shall be extended for re-bookings. Any increase in rates prevailing during new tour dates shall be charged accordingly.
All tour bookings cancelled 3 days from the date of the tour are refundable subject to the applicable cancellation fee of 20% administrative and service charge.
All tour bookings cancelled less than 3 days from the date of tour, and No Shows are non-refundable.
Cancellations Made by Tour Operator:
Where bookings are cancelled by the Coastguard due to poor weather or sea conditions, a refund will be made to the guest in the same way it was made; via our PayPal Account and back to the Account or Credit/Debit Card used to purchase the tour.
Cash payments will not be made by our Tour Operator at point of tour cancellation
The Refund will be authorized as soon as email notification has been received from the Tour Operator, advising us of the cancellation.
